Now Phase 4 can offer a full range of Services to make your Sureillance System  work to it's full potential!

-         Onsite Equipment Servicing

o        System Recorder functioning correctly

o        Cameras performing efficiently

-         Remote Support  (GV Surveillance & Broadband required)

o        We can log into the Surveillance System remotely and check everything is running as it should, solve any potential issues or just give general Knowledge support such as backing up recordings etc.

-         Vital Sign Server  (GV Surveillance & Broadband required)

o        If any Camera or the CCTV system itself fails we will be automatically alerted. This is worth the Maintenance Agreement in itself!

-         Remote Monitoring of your Cameras (GV Surveillance & Broadband required)

o        We usually set up our Surveillance systems to be activated when motion is detected in any camera. When this happens it will automatically activate an alarm in our Remote Control Centre where our trained operators can evaluate if any cause of action is needed. This Service can be activated on a timed schedule for example after working hours.

-         Alarm Response  (Telephone line required – not dedicated. Alarm System needs to be compatible for Remote Alerts, which most modern Alarms are)

o        When your Intruder Alarm has been activated we will also be alerted remotely. We can either inform key personnel or…

-         Manned call out on Alarm Response

o        We will send out a trained Guard to Site to investigate the incident.

-         Key Holding

o        Access to premise to fully deal with the incident

-          Mobile Patrols

o        We can send out manned patrols around your premises at any time day or night

-         Reporting Procedure

o        Key personnel our informed of any incidents.

Phase 4 offer a unique pay as you go Service !!
You do not have to commit to long contracts but just simply call us as and when you need us, just night time monitoring, while you're away on holiday or temporary site locations.....All you need is our GeoVision System connected to  the internet!
