If you are not already you need to be using Internet Explorer


You can only use Internet Explorer at the moment, Browsers such as Mozilla Firefox are not supported.

User Name: user
Password: user


Click the ‘O’ button

Initially setting up your Browser:

For the first time viewing you will need to download two Active X controls. These  enable the web browser to have all the on-screen functions and active buttons. When connecting to the viewing pages your browser should automatically ask you to download these, just say Yes. At some point you may also see your Virus software ask you if you want to unblock these Controls, again say yes.

Once this process has been completed you will not have to do it again.


‘check’ the ADSL/CABLE… option

Then one of the viewing options


Click the Play button


Enter the user name and password that you were given


Use the buttons for viewing options

If  you expearience difficulty  opening the viewing pages  you may need to adjust  your  Browser settings.  Follow these instructions:

Open Internet Explorer

Click on...
Tools > Internet Options

Click on Security Tab

Click on Trusted Sites

Click on Default Level and Select Low

Click on Sites.. button

Type in the following address: www.ezcctv.com then click 'Add'

Untick the HTTPS box.

Repeat the above with this address: 81.86.29.25

Click on Advanced Tab

Click on Restore Defaults

Click on OK
